FRANKFURTER MÉLANGE

Silvia Knüppel, DEU, 2015

Rabenau Chair, Thonet Chair, Frankfurt Chair. Classics, chairs that people get attached to, Chairs that are passed on from one generation to the next. But they too get old, fade, and lose their shape. At least partly. The rest remains: a Rabenau, a Thonet, a Frankfurt chair. Together they make something new.
